Privacy policy

Effective October 8, 2026

Marbles Unhinged is made by Cromulent Labs. The game has no accounts and no ads, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. This page lists what it collects and who receives it.

What stays on your device

Your progress, best times, stars and settings are stored on your device. Tilt and hinge readings are used to move the marble and are never recorded or sent anywhere.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your name, email or payment details. To unlock what you bought, the game uses RevenueCat, which receives a random identifier created by the app, your purchase history for this game, and basic device details such as model, system version and country. It is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.

Analytics

The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to learn how it is played, so levels and controls can be improved. It does not use the advertising identifier, and nothing is used for advertising. Erasing the app resets the identifier.

Crash reports

When the game crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a report with the crash details, the device model, system version, a random installation identifier, and the recent gameplay events leading up to the crash. It is used only to find and fix bugs.

The game also fetches its tuning settings from Firebase Remote Config. Google processes this data for us under the Google privacy policy; see also Privacy and security in Firebase.

Game Center

If you turn on Game Center, your times and star totals are sent to Apple's leaderboards under your Game Center name. You can turn this off in the game's settings. Apple's handling of that data is covered by the Apple privacy policy.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. It does not ask for or knowingly collect names, contact details or other personal information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
